Vaughan Field Park, Vaughan Field Way.
Kids K Race will start after the Old Hallowell Day Road Race. This is a fun event for kids to experience the sport of running and discover their inner athlete! Same day registration is permitted! Cost is $5 per entry.
9am - 3pm Old Hallowell Day Sturgeon Search
Old Hallowell Day Committee Information Booth, Central & Water Street, and Hallowell Antique Mall, 191 Water Street.
Get ready to dive into the aquatic adventure of the century with the Sturgeon Search! Swing by the OHD Committee Information Booth located at Central & Water Street to snag your Sturgeon Search sheet, then let the scavenger hunt commence! Peer into our downtown business windows and find the location of hidden sturgeons. Once you’ve tracked down as many as you can and filled out your sheet, return it to the OHD Committee Information Booth for a chance to win a prize!

The Studio at Gallant Therapy Services, 100 Water Street
The Studio at Gallant Therapy Services invites you and your family to a fun-filled paint party during Old Hallowell Day. Enjoy face painting, create your own Hallowell-themed art, and explore your creativity with provided canvases and paints. You’re welcome to take your masterpiece home or leave it for display and sale - donated artworks will be sold, with 100% of proceeds benefiting The Gallant Theater Players and their upcoming performance. There will also be a bake sale featuring a variety of delicious treats, with all proceeds supporting our theater group. All materials will be provided. Suggested donation $10. We can’t wait to celebrate Hallowell with you!

After the parade, stop by our booth to purchase and decorate your own quilt square. Add your story, your family’s name, a favorite memory, or something uniquely you.

The Capital Area New Mainers Project hosts the 5th annual International Kids Festival! Join us for international music, games, food, and more at the Hallowell Multicultural Center. Admission is free!
