Be in the Great Parade

We cordially invite you to join in this year’s Old Hallowell Day  celebration.

We continue our request for a voluntary $20 donation (checks made out to OHD Committee) to march in the parade. These funds will be used to help pay for the day’s events. However, please sign up and join in the parade even if you cannot make a
donation. We want to stress that it is completely voluntary.

We ask that all groups limit their entry to one vehicle, unless one of those vehicles is an antique.

Important Dates

Wednesday, June 26th – Deadline for registrations
In order to properly assign space in the parade and help our volunteers who manage the parade, we MUST receive your registration by this date. Please return your completed form by: Mail to Old Hallowell Day Parade, PO Box 84, Hallowell ME 04347 Email to oldhallowellday@gmail.comUse our new online form and submit your registration electronicallyFeel free to copy the entry form for others to use. Late entries received before July 4th will be considered but may be placed towards the end of the parade. For safety reasons, the line-up and length of the parade must be set in advance. Therefore, we are no longer able to allow parade day entries and we require pre-registration for the parade. 

Saturday, July 13 – Parade positions available
We will email your line-up position and staging area.  

Saturday, July 20 – Old Hallowell Day PARADE
8:30 – 9:30 am   Check-in for pre-registered entries (Someone representing the entry MUST check in.) Check in at the Parade Registration table, even if you already received your line-up position. The location will be in your confirmation email. All entries will receive a number to display.
10:00 am   The Parade begins promptly!
